余り物速攻カポナータ

夏野菜でも使って、チーズフォンデュでもやろうかなと
思ったときに、下ごしらえしておいた具材が余ってしまい、
どーしたものかと思ったときに、ホールトマトとニンニクで、
えいや！と作ったイタリア料理っぽいもの。
暖かくても、冷たくても旨いです。
