法連草のお浸し・ゼリー寄せ

普通のお浸しを、ちょいと変わった切り口で
食べてもらおうかねえ・・・というのと、
口当たりの新鮮さと綺麗な緑を楽しんでもらおうという
意図で作りました。
私が勤めていた名古屋の店の商品を俺流でアレンジしました。
